Hello, my name is May and I am a female home carer with over 9 years of experience in the industry. I am a highly competent and skilled carer who can assist with a range of care types, including bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care and companionship.
As a carer, I pride myself on being caring, friendly and helpful towards my clients. My motivation for caring is to help people lead independent lives whilst receiving the help and support they require. I am passionate about making a real difference to my clients' lives and believe that everybody deserves the best care possible.
I have experience in dealing with a range of conditions, including mild cognitive impairment, bedbound, Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression. In my free time, I enjoy walking, dancing, doing puzzles, socialising and reading. While I cannot drive, I am open to caring for clients with pet fish and birds. I have known May for over three years, in her capacity as my Late mother’s Live-in Carer. May provided excellent care for my mother throughout this time. May is an extremely competent, hard-working, and conscientious Carer. She has a calm and kindly disposition which inspires confidence and reassurance to both her client and their family. She is trustworthy, reliable and puts her client’s needs first. She seeks advice appropriately when the situation demands. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending May for a position as a Carer.

May was a live in carer for my father. She was always very polite calm and professional. She stayed in touch with me as I lived four hours away from my parents. May was very supportive of my family and I would not hesitate to recommend her .

May looked after my mother on 3 separate occasions. She is kind, sensitive, respectful and extremely professional. She easily slotted into our family life and was never intrusive or judgemental. Even when my daughter unexpectedly brought us a kitten as a Christmas present! My Mother became very fond of May and always relaxed when she knew she was coming again. I recommend May whole heartedly. She is an amazing cater.
